He has risen!

It is not enough for us to think about what Christ has done for me even through out the year. I am so grateful for the Easter time to focus on the difference that Christ made because of His resurrection. My life is no longer under any bondage of sin but has been set free. I want to live a life that reflects the victory of Christ. How glorious it is to have that truth in my life! His grace is so rich that He was willing to cancel my sin through Christ. God gave me this verse for 2013 that I want to meditate over and over. Thank you Lord...
Galatians 2:20
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

P.S. I got my tree back from Justin's mom. I had that tree since moody. It's still growing. Our Easter Sunday was very delightful with many different things. Zion has been a big helper for daddy carrying wood into the house. He is getting so big! Emma from David's Deli brought beautiful flower for Acacia and me. It is so beautiful. Thank you Emma.

Acacia Lida Baney was born on March 25th 2013

How can I express this moment of life? It is the most mysterious and the most rewarding moment for woman to go through this. I only can think of our amazing creator God. Thank you God for giving us this precious child to raise for your glory. My labor started from 12:30 at night but we waited until 6 am in the morning. I was screaming in the car all the way to the hospital. Once I got there, Acacia came out in 20 mins. Yeah.. I was so ready.. no time for epidural. She was born at 7:52AM. It was another completely nature birth. I am thankful that Acacia is healthy and beautiful. Welcome Acacia! We love you!

#2 pregnancy 39Weeks

It was still cold day yet we went to the beach because we wanted to get some sun on our face. I reached my 39wks pregnancy. My heart seems slowly ready what it has to come. This march feels so long to wait for my baby girl. Zion, my mom and I enjoyed our short walk.

My mother is here from Korea

Finally, my mom is here from Korea. What a comfort for me to have her here. I did not cook since she got here. She has been a great help for my pregnancy. I am so so thankful that she is here and can't imagine going through the last stage of my pregnancy without her.

Hair cut

I got to give Zion a hair cut for the first time since his hair was getting so long. He did pretty good job sitting calm even though he did not want to get a hair cut. He looks much mature after the hair cut. It was snowing so pretty that I had to take a picture. I just want to say that the work of God is just absolutely beautiful. Yet there are some greens in side of the house to enjoy. Ah so lovely!

Eat and Drink

I realized that we spend a lot of time to eat from our day. And it seems even more since I am being responsible to take care of my child and being pregnant. It gets sometime tiring to prepare and to eat yet our craving is there. How important to think about the truth as we try to sustain our physical body with food. God said in 1Corinthians 10:31,

"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."

It is so freeing to think about this truth as I enjoy all the things God has provide for me each day.
Now, Zion eats like grown up boy. I really like drinking all kinds of tea these days. Samaya made a card for Zion when we visited Klint family recently. So sweet!
